We also collect device identifiers and usage data to improve the application's performance and your experience.

Your information is used to provide and improve the Diabetes Coach service, enable care team collaboration between patients, guardians, nurses, and physicians, send relevant notifications and reminders, and respond to your support requests. We do not use your health data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your health data is shared only with the care team members you explicitly connect with through the application. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access to personal and health data is strictly controlled and limited to authorised personnel and systems only.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your personal and health data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the application settings or by contacting our support team. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you or withdraw consent for certain types of processing.
